New Zealander Nadav Tabak is one half of the power #duo Opal Ocean . With #influences varying from Opeth and Dream Theater to John Butler and Rodrigo y Gabriela, this duo has come up with a signature #sound of their own fusing #flamenco and #progressive #rock steering away from #acoustic music stereotypes.  Tabak has been playing the guitar for 13 years now, upon picking up his mother's acoustic guitar in his teen years. 

New Caledonian Alex Champ is one half of the power #duo Opal Ocean.What's characteristic about their #music is that it breaks away from #acoustic #music stereotypes fusing #flamenco techniques with #progressive #rock sounds to create their own unique sonic universe.  The project started with them crafting their #original #compositions in a Melboune basement in 2013.  Champ studied music at the Music and Audio Institute of New Zealand.
